There are three methods in which customers can pay for merchandise.

    All items on this website are listed in Canadian Dollars and are payable through PayPal.com. All buttons are linked through PayPal.com's Shopping Cart system. By far the fastest and safest way to shop with Dragon Impact on-line. By far the easiest way for you to order and pay. Simply click on the "BUY" button and have your ordered items automatically added to a Shopping Cart. Once you have ordered all that you would like go to the Checkout and fill in all the specific info PayPal asks of you. THAT'S IT!

    ORDER BY MAIL
    (1) List the items you would like to purchase by name/description.
    (2) List the quantity of the item you would like to purchase.
    (3) Include your full name, address, postal code on the letter.
    Be sure to include shipping and handling with your purchase.

    ORDER BY E-MAIL MONEY TRANSFER
    E-Mail Money Transfers can be done On-line through your bank. Use the Email Money Transfer service to send money instantly and securely to anyone who has an email address. You can send money from your Chequing, Savings or Business accounts. Sending an Email Money Transfer - How it works:
    You sign on to your On-Line Bank and click the Email Money Transfer button.
    You provide:

  • your email address
  • your full name
  • my name (Alex Weller)
  • my e-mail address (sitesales@dragonimpact.com)
  • the amount you wish to send
  • the account you wish to withdraw money from
  • a Security Question that I will need to answer to receive the money
  • an Answer to the Security Question
  • a message to me - this is where you would describe the items being bought and your mailing address.
    The money is withdrawn from your account.
    An email is automatically sent to me, notifying me that you have sent me money, and I am instructed on how to receive it.
    I provide the correct answer to your Security Question, and the money is deposited to my bank.

    OUTSIDE THE USA and CANADA
    Customers outside the USA and Canada must e-mail us prior to shipping as rates to other countries are higher. Please include in your e-mail the description or item # of all items you wish to purchase in order for us to get an accurate shipping cost for you.

    DELIVERY TIME
    All shipments are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Most orders will arrive to US and Canadian destinations between 1 to 2 weeks. In the event that a shipment does not arrive 25 days after the order is processed, please notify us at sitesales@dragonimpact.com, and we will file a Lost Shipment report with the shipper. It may take up to 10 days to see resolution of a lost shipment. These times or delays are beyond the control of Dragon Impact, and depend solely on the shipping company used. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you receive a box and believe some items are missing, please wait at least 2 days before calling to report a problem.
